The annual Piano Recital was on June 9th this year. Our oldest squirrel performed 3 songs. She did a fantastic job!! She was nervous (who isn't?), but still did a great job.
One of her songs was the Chop Sticks duet. She & I have performed it twice before the recital. Once at the ward talent show & again for her school music class. Halfway through the song, she & I switch places. I jump up to run around the back of the piano bench as she scoots down. It is a fun song & we even extended it by adding our own embellishments!
